Living Out Identity, Purpose, and Community (IPC) Through GenerosityAt Middleman Ministries, our IPC Framework—Identity, Purpose, and Community—is the foundation of everything we do. We believe true transformation happens when youth discover who they are in Christ (Identity), understand their God-given calling (Purpose), and find belonging in a faith-centered community (Community).

Through mentorship, skatepark outreach, the Community Garage, and dedicated prayer efforts, we don’t just teach these values—we live them out. What makes our approach unique is our commitment to freely giving what we’ve received—love, grace, and provision—modeling Jesus' generosity in a way that reaches them where they are.

2 Samuel 8 and 9 gives us the blueprint
Inspired by 2 Samuel 8 and 9, where King David extends grace to Mephibosheth, we apply these principles through three simple steps:
We SHOW UP
Like David, we intentionally show up in places where people gather, offering our presence and support without expectation. Whether through our Skate Park Mentoring, Community Garage Nights, or other initiatives, we place ourselves in the spaces where relationships can be built and needs can be met.
|
We LIVE OUT
We equip and develop Mentors to invest in young people at the street level, offering tools and strategies for reaching those who are often overlooked. By giving skateboards, Bibles, and more, we model God’s grace before we ever speak about it. Just as David restored Mephibosheth to the table, we extend grace freely to those we serve.

We SPEAK IN
We believe in meeting people where they are and serving first. Through our Auto 101 Camps, Skate Camps, and Skate Park Mentoring, we create environments where young people can experience the love of Jesus in action. Only after we’ve shown His love do we share the deeper truth of His grace and forgiveness.

IPC in Action: Our ProgramsPrograms like Auto 101 Camps, Weekly Skate Park Mentoring, Community Garage Nights, and Skate Camp reflect this approach, ensuring that our ministry is not just what we do, but who we are. We are committed to developing leaders and Mentors who, in turn, invest in the lives of teenagers at the street level, providing them with the resources and relationships needed to grow in their identity, purpose, and community.
